Rules:

1. Every Friday Walk/Run your 5K 🏃🏾🏃🏿🏃🏻🏃
*Try to beat your time each week

*If unable to reach 3.2 miles, that's O.K. Just start & log your time/distance

2.. Post a picture of your pearly whites, the asphalt, road kill or treadmill to prove you completed the challenge & tag us on FB
